Chef and Co-Owner of St Charles Cuisine with 10+ years of classical Culinary Experience. I am serv Safe Certified Manager, as well as instructor Proctor. I hold a Bachelor's in Culinary Mgmt and a Masters in Organizational Mgmt with a concentration in Public Administration. I love to cook cuisines from around the world, but I am fascinated with Asian that can be fused with Soul food. Let us show our passion for the food by what we put on your plate!
